Most installations are completed in a single day. Larger facilities with many monitoring points may take two to three days. We work around your schedule to minimize disruption.

Absolutely. Cold chain monitoring is one of our specialties. We provide real-time temperature and humidity monitoring for walk-in coolers, freezers, display cases, and pharmaceutical storage, with automated alerts and compliance reporting.

Modbus RTU and Modbus TCP are supported natively at the gateway, along with BACnet/IP and BACnet MS/TP, KNX, and direct I/O (universal inputs, dry contacts, relay and analog outputs). LoRaWAN handles battery-powered wireless sensors — ideal for construction-phase telemetry with no site LAN. Data publishes northbound via MQTT and HTTP, and our platform exposes REST/RPC APIs and webhooks for integration with your systems. DNP3 is not supported; where DNP3 is a hard requirement we scope a dedicated device for that link.

All platform and API traffic runs over Transport Layer Security (TLS). LoRaWAN sensor traffic is AES-128 encrypted end-to-end with per-device OTAA authentication. Gateways support WireGuard, IPsec, and OpenVPN tunnels with onboard firewall rules (access control, port mapping, MAC binding), the same VPN path provides secure out-of-band access to SCADA/EMS equipment on the local RS485 or Ethernet segment. Hardware is FCC certified; detailed certs available per model.

We provision multi-carrier eSIMs that fail over between carrier networks at the SIM level, layered on top of automatic link failover at the gateway (Ethernet to 4G LTE to Wi-Fi). Interactive access over the cellular path sees standard LTE latency (~50–100 ms); LoRaWAN sensor telemetry is typically 1–5 seconds. Edge compute on the gateway (local logic, buffering) keeps site automation running through backhaul outages.

The site gateway is DIN-rail mounted, rated -40°C to +60°C, powered by 24V DC/AC, 802.3af PoE, or 5V USB-C, drawing roughly 8–11W, easy to run from site DC or a small UPS. It is an IP30 device, so for outdoor PV/BESS locations we install it in a NEMA-rated enclosure, or use an IP67 outdoor LoRaWAN gateway where only wireless telemetry is needed. Field sensors are IP65–IP68 and battery powered (5–10 year life).

For remote use cases: construction telemetry maps to LoRaWAN sensors plus a cellular-backhauled gateway; permanent Out of Band (OOB) access maps to the VPN path over the multi-carrier cellular link; and for photo voltaic/battery energy storage (PV/BESS) backup comms, the LoRaWAN channel doubles as a fully independent alarm path that stays up even if the primary link fails.
